Warnock Hersey is the leading product-safety and performance-testing programme for building and construction products in North America. It is also known as the WH label. Building and construction products carrying the WH logo are taken to be manufactured to safety and performance criteria. The Warnock Hersey (WH) mark covers more than 6,500 products, from fire doors to plumbing products and construction materials. For builders and end-users, the WH mark signals a commitment to product safety, performance, and quality. It also means that the manufacturing site of the originally certified product is subject to periodic follow-up inspections to ensure ongoing compliance.
