AS 9100 Aerospace Certificate

What is AS9100? AS9100 is an internationally recognised certification standard for the aerospace industry, first published in October 1999. It was developed by the Society of Automotive Engineers and the Aerospace Industries Association. AS 9100 builds on and incorporates the earlier AS 9000 standard. The standard applies across the full supply chain and covers organisations involved in material production, design, service, and aftermarket support, including repair activities. Because it is built on the ISO 9000 series, AS 9100 integrates easily with an existing ISO 9001 quality management system.
