Six steps to certified wellness quality. Our specialists analyse and assess your processes and systems with extensive experience and close attention. They work through six steps:
Mystery check (optional). The auditor begins by reviewing your service processes incognito. From reception through to check-out, the audit then continues with a final interview.
Documentation check. The audit team reviews quality management records to confirm how far they are applied in line with international spa standards.
Certification audit. This demonstrates the practical application of the quality management system. The auditors test how effectively it has been put into practice.
Issuing the certificate. If all criteria are met, the operator receives a certificate showing the conformity and effectiveness of the quality management system for thermal spas.
Surveillance audits. Annual surveillance audits keep service processes on a path of continuous improvement.
Certificate renewal. The audit is repeated every three years for recertification. The process keeps continuous improvement on track and documents a long-term commitment to quality for business partners and guests.
