CPSC Test Certificate

This is the certification carried out when children's products manufactured in 2012 or later meet the required test conditions under the relevant safety standards. It is the mandatory safety standard enforced under the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA). It has become mandatory for exports of children's products to the United States.

CPSC testing and certification rules: Alongside CPSC testing, a technical file must also be prepared and kept on record. In this respect it resembles the European CE regulations.
