This privacy notice is issued by Eurocert as data controller under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and aligned with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), to inform you about the processing of your personal data.

When you visit our website, submit a contact form, or interact with our Sistem AI chat assistant, we may process the following personal data:
- Identity: first name, last name
- Contact: phone number, email address
- Technical: IP address, browser type, visit timestamps (anonymized analytics)
- Chat records: messages exchanged with the Sistem AI assistant (used to summarize inquiries and improve service quality)
We process this data to respond to your service inquiry, prepare a quote, deliver information through Sistem AI, improve service quality, and meet our legal obligations.
3. Third-Party Recipients
Under KVKK Articles 8 and 9, your personal data may be shared with the following data processors:
- Resend (resend.com) for transactional email delivery
- OpenRouter (openrouter.ai) and DeepSeek as Sistem AI language-model providers
- Cloudflare for content delivery and DNS
- Public authorities when required by law
4. Collection Method and Legal Basis
Personal data is collected through our contact forms, the Sistem AI assistant, and phone calls, based on your explicit consent (KVKK Article 5/2), the necessity of contract performance, our legal obligations, and our legitimate interests as defined in KVKK Article 5/2 and corresponding GDPR Article 6/1 provisions.
5. Your Rights Under KVKK Article 11
As a data subject, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information about the processing
- Learn the purposes of processing and whether they are achieved
- Know the third parties to which your data is transferred, domestically or abroad
- Request correction if data is incomplete or inaccurate
- Request erasure or destruction under KVKK Article 7
- Request that corrections or erasures be communicated to third parties
- Object to outcomes produced by automated processing
- Claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing
