Kuwait Export Conformity Assessment

KUCAS is the Kuwait Conformity Assessment Scheme, a program established by the Kuwaiti government to evaluate exported products.

Exporting products to Kuwait requires a Technical Evaluation Report (TER) and a Technical Inspection Report (TIR) for customs clearance. These documents are necessary to ensure smooth customs processing for shipments to Kuwait.
The TER confirms that the products comply with the relevant Kuwaiti technical regulations and approved international, regional, or national standards. The TIR confirms that the products comply with Kuwait's import regulations.

Kuwaiti authorities may randomly sample imported shipments to verify compliance.
