Algerian Export Conformity Certificate
All exports to Algeria require an Algerian Export Conformity Certificate.
A regulation published in March 2011 by the Algerian Ministry of Commerce made it mandatory for all importers to present a conformity certificate, which requires obtaining a quality certificate.
This obligation is based on the conditions and conformity procedures of Decree No. 05-467 dated 25.02.2009 and the regulation concerning the control of imported goods at customs dated 12/12/2005.
The original Conformity Certificate is required for each shipment and must travel with the product from the exporting country.
Obtaining the Certificate
After applying to Eurocert offices, our experts will provide you with the detailed product requirements.
You will then need to supply the export documents. These may include the Certificate of Origin, test reports (if available), the letter of credit, and the packing list.
A mutually suitable date, time, and location for the inspection will then be set.
The results will be communicated to you promptly.
